SPACE INFORMATION AND REQUESTS

Our goal is to spread similar styles of crafts evenly throughout the fair to keep the fair alive and make each space a showcase of your craft.  On the application, you will see a section where you can request your desired space.  Please note, we will do our best at honoring your space preference, but at times we are unable to do so.  If you are assigned a space in the Spring and have signed up for both fairs, you will receive the same space in the Fall, unless you inform us that you would like a different space.

Each space is approximately 10’x10’, we do allow you to rent more than one space, but please indicate it on your application.  We realize that due to the nature of our grounds some spaces seem to invite the use of area around the allocated space.  We have always allowed Artisans to make use of this ‘Extra’ space and will continue to do within reason.  This would mean that if you have a space where a portion of your tent is exposed on the sides, please feel free to use that space for display, tables etc but do not extend more than 2 feet.  NO SPACES CAN EXTEND INTO THE WALKWAYS OR DRIVEWAYS.  If a member of the St Peter’s team feels that boundries have been extended too far, we will need to ask you to consolidate or purchase additional space.  We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and being considerate to fellow artisans.

SETUP AND DISMANTLING PROCEDURE

Our parking attendants will be available to direct you upon your arrival and after setup.  We will be using the walkway as an unloading/loading area.  It is crucial that you unload/load your car and then move to the parking lot so that we keep the traffic flowing.

We appreciate your prompt unloading and parking of your vehicle so that each artisan will have the opportunity to setup in a timely manner.  All vehicles MUST be moved to the parking lot, preferably into the grassed area of the parking lot.  Anyone that has a trailer must park in the designated spots, please ask an attendant if you are unsure where this is located.
